Delivery

Estimated delivery is 8–10 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date; international customs and local delivery conditions can cause delays. Shipping costs S$5 per order in Singapore or S$40 to the international destinations listed at checkout. International charges are converted to the selected currency. Import duties and local charges may be payable separately.

Returns & refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law. If your order arrives damaged, is faulty or is incorrect, contact us with your order reference and details of the problem.

Packages & prices

Every package includes the player, wired headphones and a data cable. Optional packages add an 8GB, 16GB or 32GB SD card. Song capacities are estimates at 5 MB per file. Regional item prices are converted from USD and rounded up to the next whole currency unit. Your final price, shipping and any tax calculated by checkout appear before payment.

Your information

We collect your name, email, delivery address and phone number to process and fulfil your order and handle support. Stripe processes payment details; the shop does not store your full card number. Cloudflare hosts the shop and its order records. Delivery details may be shared with the carrier used to send your order. The shop uses browser storage to remember your bag and an essential sign-in cookie for the order administrator.
